Development aid hits all-time high in 2020

Official development assistance (ODA) reached USD 161.2 billion, up by 3.5%. However, this is only about 1% of the amount mobilised by donor countries for their own economic stimulus, and the share allocated to sub-Saharan Africa is declining.
